SatJay is a platform for real-estate listings, rentals, service providers, company profiles, reviews, chats, payments, subscriptions, favorites, market news and related discovery tools. By using the Service, You agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Key Terms

Application means the SatJay mobile application.

Company, We, Us and Our mean SatJay.

Service means the Application and the services made available through it.

You means the person using the Service, or the company or legal entity on whose behalf that person uses the Service.

Account means a unique user account created to access the Service or specific features of the Service.

Personal Data or Personal Information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable person.

Usage Data means information collected automatically when the Service is used, such as device, connection, log and interaction data.

Service Provider means a person or company that processes data for SatJay or helps operate, secure, analyze, support or improve the Service.

Country refers to Turkmenistan.

Listing and service content: listings, descriptions, prices, photos, categories, addresses or city information You choose to provide, company catalogues, service details, posts, tags, ratings, reviews, reports and enquiries.

Communication data: chat messages, support requests, enquiry messages, report details and other correspondence You send through the Service.

Payment and subscription data: payment status, subscription type, service purchased, transaction references, validity dates and related records. SatJay does not intentionally store full payment card details unless a payment provider or applicable law requires a specific record.

Favorites and activity data: favorites, subscriptions, listing history, searches, filters, viewed content, news views, banner clicks and similar app interactions.

Device and Usage Data: IP address, device type, device identifiers, operating system, app version, language, crash or diagnostic data, log data, access times and security events.

Media and permissions: photos or files You choose to upload. The Service may request device permissions such as photo library, camera, notifications or storage access only where needed for app features.

We do not require precise GPS location for ordinary use of the Service. If location-like information appears in the Service, it is usually information You provide, such as city, street or listing address.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the Service, including accounts, listings, search, filters, favorites, history, company pages, chats, reviews, payments, subscriptions, notifications and support.

To verify accounts, manage access to registered-user or business features, prevent unauthorized use, protect users and enforce Service rules.

To publish and display user-provided content, including listings, company profiles, public posts, reviews, tags and other information You choose to make visible.

To contact You about account activity, enquiries, chats, payments, subscriptions, security, support, app updates and important service notices.

To improve the Service by analyzing usage trends, feature performance, search quality, content relevance, stability, errors and user experience.

To moderate content, investigate reports, detect spam, fraud, abuse, security incidents or violations of the Terms of Use.

To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, keep required records and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

To evaluate or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, transfer or sale of all or part of the Service or Company assets.

4. Public Content and User Responsibility

Some information You submit is intended to be public, including listings, listing photos, company profiles, service descriptions, public posts, reviews, ratings, tags and selected contact information.

Public content may be viewed, copied, shared or indexed by other users or third-party services. Do not publish information that You do not want others to see.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information, photos and materials You upload are accurate, lawful and safe to share.

5. How We Share Information

With Service Providers that help operate, host, secure, analyze, support, deliver notifications, process payments, store media, manage communications or improve the Service.

With other users where a feature requires it, such as public listings, company pages, reviews, enquiries, chats, shared tags, contact buttons or user profile pages.

With business partners only where needed to provide a feature, service, promotion or transaction requested through the Service.

With affiliates or successors if SatJay is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, bankruptcy, liquidation or similar transaction.

With public authorities, courts, regulators or law enforcement when We believe disclosure is required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or needed to investigate fraud, abuse or security issues.

With Your consent or at Your direction.

We do not sell Your Personal Data in the ordinary meaning of selling personal information for money.

6. Retention of Personal Data

We keep Personal Data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Account information is kept while Your account is active and for up to 24 months after account closure when needed for disputes, safety, audit, fraud prevention or legal claims.

Support requests, enquiries and correspondence may be kept for up to 24 months after closure to resolve follow-up requests, measure support quality and defend against potential claims.

Chat transcripts may be kept for up to 24 months for safety, moderation, quality assurance and user support, unless a longer period is needed for legal or security reasons.

Usage statistics, app analytics and feature interaction data may be kept for up to 24 months to understand feature adoption and improve the Service.

Server logs, IP addresses, access times, security logs and troubleshooting records may be kept for up to 24 months, and longer where necessary for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance.

Payment, subscription and transaction records may be kept for the period required by accounting, tax, payment, audit or legal obligations.

Public content may remain visible while the related listing, profile, company page, review or post remains active. Removed content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period.

When retention periods expire, We delete or anonymize Personal Data where reasonably possible. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups until routine backup deletion and are not restored except for security, disaster recovery or legal compliance.

Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot reasonably identify You may be retained indefinitely for analytics, research and Service improvement.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may update certain account, profile, listing and company information directly in the Service where those controls are available.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the Personal Data We hold about You by contacting Us.

You may request deletion of Your account or specific Personal Data. We may need to retain certain information where required by law, for legitimate security purposes, for unresolved disputes, for fraud prevention or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

You may control app permissions such as photos, camera and notifications through Your device settings. Disabling permissions may limit some features.

You may opt out of non-essential communications where the Service provides such controls. We may still send transactional, security or service-critical messages.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the Country and in other countries where SatJay, hosting providers, infrastructure providers or Service Providers operate.

Data protection laws in those places may differ from the laws in Your jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law, We use reasonable safeguards and controls designed to protect Personal Data during international transfers.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure.

Security measures may include access controls, authentication, encrypted backups, monitoring, logging, restricted administrative access and operational safeguards.

No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but We work to keep risk appropriately managed.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16.

If You are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 16 provided Personal Data to SatJay, contact Us. If We learn that We collected such data without appropriate consent, We will take reasonable steps to delete it.

If applicable law requires parental consent before collecting or using a child's information, We may require that consent before allowing use of the relevant feature.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment providers, social platforms or external sources. Their privacy practices are not controlled by SatJay.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When We make changes, We will update the Last updated date and make the revised policy available in the Service.

For material changes, We may provide additional notice through the Service, email, push notification or another reasonable method before the change becomes effective.

Your continued use of the Service after an updated policy becomes effective means You accept the updated Privacy Policy.
